Pork and Cheese Lumpia

Ingredients:
Ground Pork
Garlic
Onion
Bell Pepper
Cheese
Molo Wrapper
Oyster Sauce
Salt, Pepper and Sugar to taste
Directions:
Sauté ground pork in garlic and onion. Add chopped bell pepper.
Season with oyster sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Add a bit of sugar to add to flavour.
Once cooked, cool down first.
Then wrap in molo wrapper. Add a thin slice of cheese.
Fry.
Tip: Sometimes I make a couple of batches and put it in the freezer so it’s ready to fry next time. You can also just keep the cooked meat in the ref and wrap a new batch each time.
