Wala ng maisip na ulam? Araw araw problema kung anong kakainin?
Here’s what we do. Maglista ng lahat ng ulam na naiisip mo. Pwedeng printed, pwede ding hand written. Put enough space so you can cut it into pieces. Then roll or fold it.
Tada! Bunutan na yan. That way, you don’t have to decide. Just put as many choices as you can. Include the kids sa bunutan so it’s fun for them too and they’re included in the meal planning process.
If you plan your meals on a weekly basis, just pick meals good for one week. Kami kasi at the night, “anong ulam natin bukas?” Ang peg. So this is the perfect thing for us.
